Hi!
I am trying to get information about a woman, last name Uhler, who apparently married Christian Haldeman (1828-1888) in 1851.
Christian is unmarried and living with his brother, Jacob Haldeman, in Rapho Twp., Lancaster Co., PA in the 1850 census. He had a son, George Uhler Haldeman, who was born February 10, 1852 and who died May 10, 1899, buried in Ruhl's UM Cem., Rapho Twp., Lancaster Co., PA. He was remarried by about 1870, so this first wife must have died by then.
Are there any Uhler's in the vicinity of Rapho Twp., Lancaster Co. in about 1850?
